This autumn term 2017, we will spend our Tuesday morning sessions (10am-12noon) looking at the development of Hellenistic thought after Aristotle: Epicurus, the Stoics, Plotinus – who influences are still felt in the ethical patterns of thought of our modern era. In the afternoons (from 12.45-1.45pm) Br Micheal Paul will give a theological commentary on the Book of Revelation. Next year we plan to offer a course dedicated to an introduction to realist philosophy, with Br Philip Thomas.
